MySeatFinder works to find you the best seat available on your next flight. Like an online dating site, we match your profile to an airline seat that best matches your preferences.
MySeatFinder is run by travel road warriors who've learned many of the tricks to get just the right airplane seat. We've taken this experience and built a set of services to automate the search and ultimately secure just the right seat for you. Using our Intelligent Seat Selector™, MySeatFinder tirelessly searches for a better seat and automatically upgrades you based on your preferences each time a better seat becomes available.
MySeatFinder has been built to focus on the fundamentals first, which to most travelers means getting an aisle or window near the front of the plane. We also know that one size does not fit all, so we've also included preferences for specialty seats such as the exit row and seats at the bulkhead. MySeatFinder supports all classes of service, so we've got you covered regardless of where you're seated on the plane.
If you’re traveling with family/friends and you are all on the same reservation, MySeatFinder will NOT move your seat.

MySeatFinder will follow your preferences and search for seats that best match your requirements. Let's say that you've selected Exit Row Aisle, Bulk Head Aisle, Exit Row Window, Bulk Head Window, Aisle, Window (these are Steve's personal preferences) - MySeatFinder would search in this exact order. If the Exit Row Aisle was available on our first pass then we'll stop there. If not, we keep checking to take advantage of seats as they become available.
MySeatFinder will send an email notifying you that we've found your new flights and that we're working for you. You can also look at the MyFlights tab for a list of the flights that we're watching. We search for new trips daily.
MySeatFinder will send an email to let you know when we are searching for better seats for you. We will also drop you a note when we find you a great seat that matches your preferences. This email notification will include your new seat number.
MySeatFinder has a MyFlights tab where you can tell us if you've already got the perfect seat. Using the MyFlights service, you'll be able to toggle off a trip on a per leg basis.
MySeatFinder will continue to search for a better seat based on your preferences. If you'd like to stop the search process, use the MyFlights tab to let us know you'd like us to stop searching for you on this trip or on a specific flight leg.
If you've booked a flight for which you do not want any seat changes, simply go to MyFlights tab and select the Find Flights button. MySeatFinder will find your newly booked flight and add it to your profile. You may now turn off the MySeatFinder service on this trip or on a specific flight leg.
Like in life there are few guarantees but, rest assured, we're relentless as we know that getting you the right seat is serious business. MySeatFinder takes several runs at trying to improve your seat and what we've seen from our many trips is that there is always an opportunity to improve your seat. The key is being ready to strike once a seat becomes available. We all know that plans change with some folks canceling and others who just don't show up so there's always a chance to improve your seat.
MySeatFinder currently supports many US airlines including American, Delta, US Air and United. We will be adding others in future releases.

MySeatFinder acts as your agent to find you a great seat. Since MySeatFinder is not associated with any airline, we'll need your frequent flyer credentials to work on your behalf. We'll also need your contact information so that we can send you updates on our progress in finding you a better seat.
Your information stays with MySeatFinder and is never sold or shared with any third parties. It is used strictly to execute on the service to which you've subscribed and to impart any relevant communication pertaining to the service, period. Our goal is to make MySeatFinder one of the most trusted travel websites on the web.
